On Wednesday, 27 August 2008 Epson announced new all-in-one series named ARTISAN.

The artistic design with new black attractive finishing, the Artisan 800 comprises Wi-Fi, Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), Fax, a smart touch panel of 7.8-inch as well as 3.5-inch LCD. The auto sensor works for the ease of user as it only lights up the buttons which can be used.

This Artisan series is smart enough to change just photos and drawings into your desirable and ever wanted personalized printed objects, like now you can make your own drawing books, drafting pads which use your photo as a background.

The two models are currently announced for Artisan, 800 and 700, both of them uses Epson’s MicroPiezo print head with 6-color Ultra Hi-Definition Claria ink technology. The one of the most salient feature is to preview the corrections you made to your photo before printing it. More enhanced feature of ALL-IN-ONE are already added, like FAX, Copier, Scanner.

Both of Artisans will be models will be in stock from September however future ordering has already been started. The prices are too attractive for the features they offer
